How can I gain more confidence in my leadership? If there is one plea that we have heard over and over, it is that one. And it’s a smart question and even the only question. Leadership with integrity is impossible without the fundamental basis of confidence. What do I need to do for people to respect me as their leader? Do I have the trust of my team? How can I improve my credibility and authenticity as a leader? How can I avoid succumbing to the “dark side” of leadership? How can I coach myself to be a charismatic leader?

Our leadership classes are based on and inspired by the work of C.G. Jung. “Leadership from within” is based on the premise that leadership is more an internal process than external approach, the latter being easily acquired once the requisite internal work has been done. Our focus is internal integrity, without which no one can succeed in projecting integrity in the external world.
