Our coachee leaves the first meeting with objectives established and first actions defined. We ourselves become committed to the coachee’s achieving the established objectives.  We stress awareness and responsibility, according to the teaching of Sir John Whitmore, a pioneer in the field.  Success comes, we see, as the coachee expands his/her zone of awareness and takes responsibility.
